What is the most important take away from this case?

Limited project implementation due to sluggish project implementation and opposition from local residents.

Why is this case relevant today and for whom?

To the local people, Lack of improvement for aging facilities

Which strategy was proved to be successful?

none. Because the development project is not over.

In your opinion, what could have improved this project?

Limitations of public offerings, and if there were more opportunities for public offerings for urban regeneration projects, such as the high-level subdivision project currently being implemented in Seoul, the development of content that can be reproduced would have been active, not just improving projects.

Any other comments?

Development seems necessary due to the decline of the old city center. However, the approach to development is poised to diversify.
